Raincross Elder Care

         This facility is designed for elders who needs memory care a positive and healthy life. Utilizing natural sunlight and outdoor space for the ultimate life quality and experience. It features a prime location retail space, on site underground parking and three heavily planted courtyards. As for elder care, the building is separated into two towers, south and north. The layout in each towers are separated into two halves with eight units each, to keep a low staff to patient ratio.
